Shipping & Returns
Some of our products are custom or handmade and require a couple of days to process and make. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.
Once we have created your order, we carefully package it and ship it out to you using the shipping service and speed that you have chosen:
- Free Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days)
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days)
Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after you receive your purchase. Just let us know within 30 days from your date of purchase that you would like to make a return or an exchange.
Once we receive your item, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or send out an exchange. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method you used to place your order with.
Damaged & Missing Items
In the very rare and unfortunate event that and item is lost in transit or if you receive an item that is damaged or missing from the package, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund or a free replacement. Please let us know if this happens to you, and we will be more than happy to help!
Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We also want the intended recipient to be happy with their gift from you. If for any reason under normal use or wear your item becomes defective or broken, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional charge.
Our guarantee covers you for up to 90 days after your purchase. Just let us know within 90 days if there is any problem with your product, and we will be more than happy to send you a new one.
